Materials
Soft, clear, food-grade EVA. BPA-free and odourless (manufacturer specification).
Design
Universal no-mould arch, corrugated back-teeth pads that cushion and resist slipping, a hook-style front tab and a front breathing gap.
What's in the box
1 × Sleep Recovery Bite™ mouthpiece and 1 × travel case per unit.
Lifespan & replacement
With nightly use, we recommend replacing it every few months, or sooner if it looks worn or starts to loosen. A 2 or 3 pack keeps a fresh one ready.
Care
Rinse after each use, soak in warm water of about 40°C / 104°F and air dry in the case. Never use boiling water or the dishwasher: the material can soften and deform.
First-night tip: for your first few nights, wear it with the front tab on the outside (between your teeth and lips) to keep it secure while you get used to it.

“Will it actually fit my teeth?”
Its universal arch is made to suit a wide range of jaw and tooth shapes, and the soft EVA flexes to sit over your back teeth. Nothing to heat, bite or trim.
“I could never sleep with something in my mouth.”
Your front teeth and lips stay free and the open front never blocks your breathing. Most people settle in within a few nights. Tip: wear it for 20–30 minutes before bed for the first couple of evenings.
“Is $39.95 worth it for a mouthguard?”

Your options
A custom guard from a dentist can cost hundreds and needs appointments. Boil-and-bite guards need heating and shaping. Sleep Recovery Bite is ready the night it arrives.
General comparison of product types; individual products and prices vary. If you have jaw pain, TMJ symptoms or heavy grinding, see your dentist.
Our promise
Give it the first few nights to settle in. If it isn't right for you within 30 nights of delivery, email us and we'll refund the price of one mouthpiece. No need to send a used one back.
Good to know
Can't find your answer? Our team replies to every message.
Place it over your teeth so the two ribbed pads rest on your back teeth (molars), with the curved tab at the front. Your front teeth stay free. Close your mouth gently and relax.
First-night tip: for your first few nights, wear it with the front tab sitting on the outside (between your teeth and lips). It helps keep the mouthpiece secure while you get used to it.
Most people need a few nights. Try wearing it for 20 to 30 minutes before bed for the first couple of evenings so it feels familiar by lights out.
Grinding and clenching: yes, it's designed as a night guard. The soft pads keep your upper and lower back teeth from grinding directly against each other, helping protect them from wear. It doesn't cure bruxism; if you have jaw pain or TMJ symptoms, please see your dentist.
Snoring and sleep apnea: no. It isn't designed to open your airway. Loud snoring or pauses in breathing at night can be signs of sleep apnea, so please speak to a doctor.
We can't promise a number, because every body is different. Many people use the 30-night trial to track how they feel and what their wearable shows.
Not with fixed braces. If you have aligners, crowns, implants, loose teeth, gum problems or any dental condition, check with your dentist before use. Not for children.
Rinse it every morning, then soak it briefly in warm water of about 40°C / 104°F, brush gently with a soft toothbrush and let it air dry in its case. Never use boiling water or the dishwasher: the material can soften and deform.
With nightly use and good care, we recommend replacing it every few months, or sooner if it looks worn or damaged. That's why many customers choose the 2 or 3 pack.
Ready when you are
Ready to wear, free tracked shipping and 30 nights to decide. The only risk is another night of grinding.
