Delivery

Every order ships free, worldwide, with tracking. We process orders within 1 to 3 business days and email your tracking number as soon as the parcel ships. Delivery times, tracking and missed deliveries are covered on our Shipping Info page.

30-night sleep trial and returns

Sleep on your Balestina pillow for up to 30 nights. If it isn't right, email us within 30 nights of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for the pillow, with no need to send it back. Other physical products can be returned unused within 30 days. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it free. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Changing or cancelling an order

Cancellations and address changes need to reach us within 24 hours of purchase. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.
