Processing Window: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.
Dispatch Notification: Once your order has been lovingly packed and handed over to our premium courier partners, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification via email.

Standard Shipping: 2 to 3 business days — FREE for all orders.
Expedited Shipping: 1 business day (Next Day Delivery) — S$8.00 (or free for orders over S$100).
International Delivery (Rest of the World)
Standard International: 7 to 12 business days — Rates calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Express International (DHL/FedEx): 3 to 5 business days — Available at checkout for time-sensitive milestone gifts.
